Choose your product and size, then fill in the order form with your name, email, phone and delivery address. There's no payment upfront — our team emails your secure payment details and order confirmation. Once payment is confirmed, your pair ships out fast with tracking.
Are Kick Max products authentic?+
Yes. Every item in our catalog is verified authentic and inspected before it ships. Authenticity is guaranteed on every order.
How and when do I pay?+
After you place your order, we email you secure payment details along with your confirmation. You pay through the secure method provided in that email. Your order is prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?+
We ship across all 50 U.S. states with tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
How do I choose the right size?+
All sneaker sizes are listed in U.S. sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up half a size. Reach out to support any time and we'll help you dial it in.
Can I return or exchange my order?+
Yes. If something isn't right, contact us at support@kickmax.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll help arrange a return or exchange on eligible items.
